How Our Beef Gets Here
Every Two & Five Ranch steer goes through the same 90-day Three-Phase finishing program. The difference is ownership.
For families who want their beef back: We board and finish your steer, coordinate processing at a custom-exempt facility, and you receive your beef labeled "Not For Sale" for your household. Your animal, your beef.
For families who want to sell: We purchase your steer outright at a fair premium, finish it on our program, and process it at our Texas state-inspected facility in Navasota. That beef becomes Two + Five Ranch retail product — the beef you're shopping right now.

Our proprietary three phase feed is milled exclusively by Producers Cooperative Association in Bryan, Texas. It is non-medicated, science-formulated, withdrawal-clean, and is formulated with Texas-sourced ingredients. It will be available for purchase separately at Producers Co-op Bryan.
